HONG KONG (AFX) - Royal Dutch/Shell and Hong Kong and China Gas (Towngas) plan to take a combined 49 pct stake in a joint venture with municipal gas distributor Hangzhou Gas (Group), the Standard reported citing sources.
Shell will own 39 pct of the venture and Towngas 10 pct.
The venture will build and operate a gas pipeline supplying customers in Hangzhou.
