Royal Dutch/Shell and Shanghai Automotive Group Company have created a joint venture to build car maintenance centres in China. The Anji Jiffy Lube chain will use an established US brand, Jiffy Lube, that Shell acquired when it bought Pennzoil-Quaker State in 2002. Whatever plans Shell has elsewhere, it's safe to say that Jiffy Lube won't figure in the UK, where memories linger of a condom brand called Jiffi.
