DUBLIN Five men jailed for 94 days in their battle to stop the energy giant Shell building a pounds 500m gas pipeline walked free from court yesterday.
The men, from Co Mayo in the west, were jailed for contempt of court after refusing to guarantee they would not interfere with construction work. The men have apologised for their actions. They return to court on 25 October to see if they will be given any further punishment.
