AMSTERDAM (AFX) - Royal Dutch Shell Group said its shares will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange from today following an order from the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The delisting follows a major restructuring at the group, announced in October.
Royal Dutch Petroleum is being merged into a new subsidiary, Shell Petroleum NV.
