LONDON (CBS.MW) -- Royal Dutch/Shell (RD) (SC) warned Friday it may have to delay its 2004 financials should a proved reserves restatement of previous periods be needed.
It said given the potential for delay, its annual general meeting will now be held June 28, 2005.
It added that the preparation of documents to plan to unify the companies under a single parent company is progressing, with draft shareholder documentation being prepared to submit to regulators in the Netherlands, the U.K. and the U.S.
Internally, preparations are underway to implement the new governance and structure, it added.
