Arctic role
You often champion the virtues of good petrol, particularly Shell. I agree that the company's premium unleaded is excellent but am not so sure about Optimax, which I started using in 2002. My 1991 Volvo 940S continued to run perfectly, as always, but its temperature gauge barely moved - even though I was towing a 16ft caravan. I solved the problem by returning to premium unleaded.
