Sibneft and Shell Global Solutions signed an agreement on the launching of the program aimed to provide technical servicing of Omsky Refinery as a part of the long term plan of the plant's development, Sibneft informed.
The 4-year agreement covers the undertaking of the measures to manage and technically support the plant's operation.
